Zabbar Entire Private House with Pool

Bullshit Positive: Nothing ! Everything was not like they say ! Negative: Nothing be like what they show in fotos and what the wright ! Full of problems in the house! 1st rats in the house 2nd dirty green pool ful infection 3rd everything dirty 4th no working ac 5th was cut our electricity in the night for 2-3 hours 6th cocoroach and flies in house

Do not book! Positive: The big TV Negative: -The communication was confusing and felt like an AI chat bot -The pool didn't have stairs and my friend got stuck there because she couldn't get out of the pool while we were still sleeping. - We could not use the pool the first day because maintenance was done while we were already in the house. We booked this house BECAUSE OF THE POOL. it was never communicated to us that we won't have access to the pool the first day. - The stairs were not safe. My friend fell the first day because one of the stairs broke. It could have been super dangerous! - The house is very bad maintained and felt like it has not been deep cleaned since years. - The AC was sooooo old it was extremely loud we couldn't sleep well with the AC on.

Bad hygiene and bad experience Positive: It had a nice pool and was airconditioned Negative: We had a very bad experience staying at this property. - the property was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There was still trash in the bin and the cooking supplies were very old. - we had asked for 2 cots for 1 year old babies, and they arrived late at night and the matras did not fit in the cot. Making it not safe for the children. - toilet seat did not fit on the toilet. - one bed was broken and the matras of the others did not fit properly. We requested to cancel our remaining stay to move to another accommodation, as the solution provided by the property was for us to stay at home for everyday of our holiday for the issues to be fixed.. they agreed to let us move out and that they would contact Booking about a refund. However, after checking out. We were informed that we will not get a refund or any compensation for the unstayed days. We feel misled by the properties communication and hygiene of the stay. I would not recommend staying here.

Avoid, badly maintained property Positive: The swimming pool and the fact we could drop our bags early. Negative: Communication is awkward. The property was in bad condition (broken high chairs, some linen dirty, old tissue in one room, smelly rug etc…), bathroom in poor condition (apparent pipes, toilet seat not right size, no shower curtain etc…), a table for 6 when house is for 10, swimming pool ladder badly fixed… all reported to the agency managing it. Glad we stayed only 2 nights!

Positive: The common space and kitchen were super nice. The location was good - near to super market. The place is very spacious. Negative: The sheets were not cozy at all, and communication was a bit confusing.
